Greensboro based artist, John Gibbs, has been painting since early 2000. While working in Chicago as an Art Director he began painting as a more personal creative outlet. His work is still influenced by his work in computer graphics and commercial art. John’s work has been seeking a balance between representation and abstraction or ambiguity.
